Our 'Standard computer support' package is a pro-active service aimed at businesses that are looking to pay a fixed fee for all of their computer maintenance requirements, but want to purchase all necessary replacement parts themselves. (Of course IT Service Call are able to supply you with these replacement parts at discounted prices)
Our aim is to offer superior levels of customer service, so not only will we solve your computer and IT problems when you call, but we will proactively monitor your systems to check for potential problem areas. This includes regular checks of your Anti-Virus software, your back-up solution, and the operating system event logs all with the aim of maintaining your productivity.
The 'Standard computer support' package includes all of the following:

- Unlimited remote-access support
- Regular Computer Health-checks and system audits
- Weekly Reports and monitoring
As part of this service we will also proactively check your computer systems on a regular basis. This includes checking that your anti-virus updates & scans are occurring, ensuring that your back-up routine is functioning correctly, as well as ensuring that your desktops, laptops and servers are all fully up to date.
